Intermittent Lifestyle is living an irregular life on a regular basis and exposing our bodies to old hormetic stimuli. These are incentives that are harmful if left on for a long time. But when you expose yourself to it briefly, they have a beneficial effect on your health.

It ensures that both our body and mind becomes flexible again. Flexibility is health! We have spoiled our body too much and have started to live too regularly in an unhealthy way.

Chronic stress is unhealthy an has become a big part of our lives. We have too little acute stress, while that is the stress stimulus that is healthy for us.

The eight proven interventions within Intermittent Lifestyle ensure that you get back what makes us human again: health, desire to move, strength, intelligence, motivation, flexibility, creativity and resilience.

Ik heb Diabetes. Is dit programma ook voor mij geschikt?

Juist voor diabetici is dit programma geschikt. Overleg wel even met je arts hoe je je medicatie kan aanpassen op de lage koolhydraat maaltijden.

Mijn conditie is niet goed. Kan ik wel meedoen?

Jazeker jij kunt meedoen! We gaan bewegen en de intensiteit is voor iedereen haalbaar!

Kan ik bij thuiskomst ook mijn specifieke klachten aanpakken?

Ja, in Nederland zit ook bij jou in de buurt een Kpni therapeut naar wie ik je door kan verwijzen. Zij zijn bekend met het IL-programma en kunnen je specifiek verder helpen!

Voor wie is het programma niet geschikt?

Voor iedereen die niet zijn leefstijl aan wil pakken om gezondheidsvoordeel te behalen. Laat altijd wel even je arts weten wat je van plan bent, zodat hij je tips kan geven hoe om te gaan met medicatie en dergelijke.

Moulin de la Pommeray

In the summer of 2013 Pammela, because I was out of the running after a horseback riding accident, took over the entire management of Guesthouse, Suites and B&B of Moulin de la Pommeraye in the south of the Champagne region for months.

It was a completely new and diverse business approach for Pammela and she has received the guests with great attention, taken care of and even prepared dinners. This in addition to the maintenance of the guest rooms, the domain with large grounds, 3 horses and 3 dogs.
